Yifa market in Panyu was the largest electrical products distribution center in China in 1993. The distribution of electrical products from Yifa market accounted for over 80% of the total distribution of electrical products of the whole country. It was on September 28 of this year that Ruifeng Audio opened its shop in the market. The main business was to distribute the professional audio products of some famous foreign brands. The business was booming.
Different from many other merchants in Yifa market, Ruifeng Audio not only got its first bucketful of gold but also started its dream there.

| 1995 - A NEW PRO AUDIO BRAND IN THE WORLD |

After a two-year market exploration, Ruifeng Audio established the distribution network all over the country and owned a large quantity of loyal clients. The two-year development made its dream clear: it needs its own audio brand, a world-class brand belonging to Chinese audio products.
Ruifeng Audio created its own brand ¨C LAX in 1997. The brand is one of the first Pro Audio brands in the Chinese history and it possesses its own intellectual property right. Since then, the world has one more sound, called LAX. Behind the brand gathers the wisdom and sweat of Chinese audio people: LAX SOUNDS, THE WORLD LISTENS.

From 1995 to 2005, Ruifeng Audio worked apparently in the same way as other enterprises in the industry: research, production, installation, but it kept on building its own brand. Ruifeng Audio integrated its resources including R&D, production, sales, installation and after-sale services. Its integration capability was in a leading position in the industry.
During these ten years, Ruifeng Audio accomplished a large quantity of important projects all over the country. LAX became one of the leading brands in the Pro Audio industry through the accomplishment of these large-scale projects.

In 2001, Ruifeng supplied the audio system for the main venue of the 9th National Games,
it started to set foot in the field of sound reinforcement in sports venues. |

In 2003, Ruifeng provided the Public Address Systems for the National Palace Museum,
the Summer Palace and the Yonghegong Lama Temple, etc. These state-level projects
marked the capability of Ruifeng Audio in the field of PA sound reinforcement. |

In 2003, Ruifeng supplied the audio systems for the General Office of the State Council,
the Publicity Department of CPC, the Supreme People's Court, etc. The completion of
these government projects contributed to Ruifeng's leading role in the Pro Audio industry. |

In 2004, Ruifeng supplied the audio system for Shunde Performance Center and
successfully completed the sound reinforcement work during the Asia Arts Festival,
which was the first state-level international arts festival since the foundation of New China. |

On August 20, 2008, when the Olympic Games were in full swing in Beijing, Ruifeng Audio signed the agreement with the Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee, and became the only provider of the sound reinforcement systems for the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games. LAX became the first Chinese Pro Audio brand cooperating directly with the organizer of the major event.

During the two years, Ruifeng Audio became the cooperative partner of the Olympic Council of Asia, assumed the sound reinforcement tasks of a series of major events, including the 1st Asian Beach Games in Bali in 2008, the 2nd Asian Beach Games in Oman in 2010, the Universiade in 2011, etc. During the two years, Ruifeng Audio participated in the sound reinforcement work of the National Day Military Parade and of the opening ceremony of the Shandong 11th National Games in 2009, and completed the venue projects of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, including British Pavilion, Guangdong Pavilion, Africa Joint Pavilion, DEVNET Pavilion, etc.

Moreover, Ruifeng Audio moved into its own technology park and reintegrated the enterprise resources. It invested more than ten million RMB to build the largest full-anechoic chamber in Asia.
After the two-year leap, Ruifeng Audio became the Chinese exclusive Pro Audio enterprise possessing the operation experience of assuming the sound reinforcement tasks for numerous world-class events including Olympic Games, Asian games, Universiade.
